Auction sale of rural property property in Benaguasil, Valencia district

This real estate auction consists of the sale of two dryland fields in Benaguasil, located in the Ballestar, Peñetes or Moli Nou game. Each of the fields has an area of a hanego, which is equivalent to eight areas and thirty-one centiareas. However, after a recent measurement, the area of each field was determined to be seven hundred sixty-five metres and six square decimeters. The real estate auction procedure implies that the interested parties submit their economic offers in writing, which will be evaluated by the government agency in charge of the auction. The field shall be awarded to the bidder who submits the highest bid and meets all the requirements set out in the auction bases. Once the award has been made, the sale and the corresponding payment will be formalised.
