The property is agricultural levels, category of land 3. The properties are owned by N.K.V. Valkeva Vasileva after the imposition of a ban acquired in favor of the demands. To participate in the bidding is required a bid of BGN 1090 from the starting price. The bids must indicate the price offered by them with numbers and words and submit it in a sealed envelope together with the receipt for the submitted bid. The price proposals below or above the starting price by more than 30% are invalid.
