The second property is 1/3 ideal part of agricultural levels with an area of 4649 sq.m. and initial price of 2172 BGN. The third property is agricultural levels with an area of 16501 sq.m. and starting price of 30836 BGN. The fourth property is 1/3 ideal part of agricultural levels with an area of 10750 sq.m. and initial price of 5068 BGN. The fifth property is 1/3 ideal part of agricultural levels with an area of 13601 sq.m. and starting price of 6420 BGN. The properties are owned by G.D.G. Each participant must submit a task of BGN 1090 to a bank for participation in the bidding. The bid will take place on 28.07.2023 at 09:00 in RS-Yambol's 05 Hall. Participants must submit their proposals in sealed envelopes for each property separately in the DUI office at RS-Yambol. The bidding proposals shall be at least the starting price and shall not exceed that price by more than 30%. They shall not participate in the public sale of persons referred to in Article 1.85 of the CSI and those working under CSI.
