The third property is agricultural levels with an area of 16501 sq.m. and starting price of 30836 BGN. The fourth property is 1/3 ideal part of agricultural levels with an area of 10750 sq.m. and initial price of 5068 BGN. The fifth property is 1/3 ideal part of agricultural levels with an area of 13601 sq.m. and starting price of 6420 BGN. The properties are owned by G.D.G. Each participant in the bidding must submit a task of BGN 1090 at I.A.B. in Yambol. The bid will take place on 27.07.2023 in RS-Yambol's 05 Hall. Participants must submit their proposals in sealed envelopes in the DUI office at RS-Yambol. The bidding proposals must be priced and submitted for each property separately. No persons prohibited by law or working with private judicial contractors may be involved. The acquisition of the property requires payment of local tax, a fee for issuing a decree of award and other fees. The sale ended on 27.07.2023.
