Public sale of real estate, organized by the private court contractor Irina Hristova, was announced from 11.06.2024 to 11.07.2024. The sale will take place in Hall 505 of RS-Yambol on 12.07.2024 at 09:00. The properties to be sold are: 1. Yard space in Rose village, Tundzha municipality, Yambol district, with an area of 1890 sq.m., with an area of 920 sq.m., with an initial price of BGN 10 584 belonging to G.N.D. 2. Yard space in Rosa village, Tundja municipality, Yambol municipality, with an area of 870 sq.m., with an initial price of BGN 5142, belonging to H.P.D. 3. Yard space in the village of Rosa, Tundzha municipality, Yambol municipality, with an area of 870 sq.m., with an initial price of BGN 4872, belonging to H.P. E.. The weights on the properties are banned in favor of the demanding and are entered in SlVp Yambol from 06.03.2024 and 20.03.2024. For participation in the bidding is required a bid of BGN 1090 from the announced starting price, which is imported by bank transfer of C.I.H. to "I.A.B." Yambol. The bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope in the DUI office at RS-Yambol. No persons who are not entitled to take part in the public sale or offer a price below the starting price or exceeding it by more than 30% may participate. The acquisition of the property requires additional fees such as local tax, a fee for issuing a decree of award and a fee for entering the order of award. Public sale ended on 11.07.2024.
