Public sale of real estate, organized by private judicial contractor Irina S. Hristova was announced. The sale will take place on 19.01.2023 in Hall 5 of RS-Yambol, with the proposals for the purchase of the properties to be opened on 20.01.2023. The second property is a shepherd with an area of 566 sq.m. in the land of the village of Ovchi Kladenets with an area of 4,710 decares, including ideal parts of the right to construction. The starting price for it is 9696 BGN. For participation in the bidding is required a task of BGN 1090 from the assessment submitted to "I.A.B." Yambol. The bids must indicate their price with numbers and words and present it in a sealed envelope with a receipt for the submitted demand. Any person can make only one bidding offer for each of the properties. The proposals are submitted to the DUI's office at RS-Yambol and are registered. Bidding proposals by persons without the right to participate, proposals for a price below the starting price and exceeding it by more than 30% are invalid. No persons due to local tax or working with private judicial contractors may participate. The sale ended on 19.01.2023 at the end of the business day.
