Auction sale of land for building in Vresovo, district Ruen

Public sale of real estate, organized by private court contractor Hristova, was announced. The sale will take place in the RS-Yambol building on 06.10.2023 at 14:00 in Hall X5 of the court. The object of the sale is two properties in order to satisfy the claim of "Banka DSK" KAD. The first property is an ideal part of land property with identifier 80217.21.63 in the village of Chartan, Tundzha municipality, Yambol area, with area of 7201 sq.m. and initial price of 3726 BGN. The second property is an ideal part of land property with identifier 80217.25.135 in the village of Chargan, municipality of Runja, Yambol, with an area of 3000 sq.m. and an initial price of 1552 BGN. The properties are burdened with deleted entries in favour of different banks. Participation in the bidding is required to submit a report of the valuation to I.A.B. Yambol. The bids must be presented in sealed envelopes containing a mandatory receipt for the submission of the call. Any person can make only one bidding offer for each of the properties. The proposals shall be submitted to the DSK office of the incoming register. The bidding proposals which do not meet the initial price or are lower shall be considered invalid. Participation in the sale cannot take persons who owe local taxes or other obligations. The sale will be closed at the end of the working day on 09.08.2023 in Yambol.
