Auction sale of farmland in Chargan, district Tundzha

Public sale of real estate, organized by private court contractor Hristova, was announced. The sale will take place in the RS-Yambol building on 06.10.2023 at 14:00 in Hall X5 of the court. The object of the sale is two perfect parts of land estate in the village of Chargan, Tundzha Municipality, Yambol district. The first property has an area of 7201 sq.m. with initial price of 3726 BGN and the second property has an area of 3000 sq.m. with initial price of 1552 BGN. The properties are burdened with bans for the benefit of different banks. For participation in the tender is required to submit a report of the assessment to "I.A.B." Yambol. Bidding agents must submit their proposals in sealed envelopes containing identification and receipt for the submitted claim. Each participant can make only one bidding offer for each of the properties. The proposals shall be submitted to the DSK's office by the specified deadline. Bids that do not meet the requirements or are lower than the starting price shall be considered invalid. Participation in the tender is prohibited from persons who owe local taxes, as well as those working at RS-Yambol. The sale of the properties will be declared closed at the end of the working day on 09.08.2023. The prices announced are related to the execution of a judgment to satisfy the claim of DSK Bank.
