Public sale of real estate, organized by private court contractor Irina S. Hristova was announced. The sale will take place in the RS-Yambol building, in Hall X 5 at 30.06.2023 at 9:00. The first property for sale is identifier 1500/2300, part of UPI FP-7 in the village of Botevo, with an area of 2300 sq.m. and a building with a residential area of 62 sq.m. The starting price for this property is 2304 BGN. The second property is UPI HS-7 in the village of Botevo, with an area of 1245 sq.m., unbuilt, with initial price of 2828 BGN. Both properties are owned by "ETI-1" Ltd. and are burdened with a ban in favour of the applicant to secure the claim of 130 000 BGN. To participate in the bidding is required a bid of BGN 1090 from the valuation submitted to I.A.B... The bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the DUI's office at RS-Yambol, room 105. Proposals exceeding the starting price by more than 30% shall be invalid. The acquiring property must pay local tax, a fee for issuing a decree of award, a fee for entering the decree and other fees. Also, in the case of transfers of amounts over 30 000 leva, a declaration on the origin of the funds must be made. The sale shall be made in accordance with the legislation and conditions set out in the notice.
