Auction sale of house in Botevo, district Tundzha

Public sale of real estate, organized by private court contractor Irina S. Hristova was announced. The sale will take place in the RS-Yambol building, in Hall X5, at 30.06.2023 at 9:00. The following properties will be offered at auction: 1. UPI HP-7 in the village of Botevo with an area of 2300 sq.m, including a partially destroyed residential building with an area of 62 sq.m. The starting price for this property is 2304 BGN. 2. UPI HS-7 in the village of Botevo on 1245 sq.m. The starting price for this property is BGN 2828. The properties are owned by "ETI-1" Ltd. and are burdened with a ban in favour of the applicant to secure the claim of 130 000 BGN. To participate in the bidding is required a bid of BGN 1090, which should be submitted to I.A.B. in Yambol. The bidding is carried out in the RS-Yambol office, room 105. The bidding proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and reflect the proposed price with both figures and words. Each participant can make only one proposal. Persons who are not entitled to participate in the tender and proposals for a price below or above the starting price by more than 30% shall be considered invalid. The acquiring property must pay local tax, a fee for issuing a decree of award, a fee for entering the decree, and a fee for introducing the acquired property of 1.290 of its value. A declaration on the origin of the funds is required for transfers of amounts over 30 000 leva. Participation in the tender is prohibited for persons under Art. 185 of the DPA, private judicial contractors and their employees.
