The sale will take place from 26.08.2024 to 17:00 on 26.09.2024 and covers two regulated land properties in Zgorigrad village, municipality and Vratsa district. 1. The first property has an area of 820 sq.m., unbuilt, located in district 37 of Zgorigrad. The starting bid price is BGN 7272 2. The second property has an area of 560 sq.m., also unbuilt and is located in the same neighborhood. The starting bid price is BGN 4968. The properties have burdens as a contractual mortgage of 13.05.2008, banned from 28.03.2014 and 19.07.2023. The interested may submit real giving proposals through the Regional Court of Vratsa in a sealed envelope by submitting a task of BGN 1090 for participation. The amount must be paid by the end of the last day of the sale. On 27.09.2024 at 15:00 the bidding offers will be opened in the presence of the bids in the building of Vratsa District Court. If any of the contestants orally bid a higher price, the bailiff will reflect it in the record. The bider who offered the highest price will be declared a buyer of the property.
