Public sale will take place from 11.09.2024 to 17:00 on 11.10.2024 in Lovech. The real estate to be sold is as follows: 1. Land property with identifier 43952.519.697, with area 3000 sq.m., intended for production or warehouse. The starting selling price is 96 472 BGN 2. Land property with identifier 43952.519.681, with area 3500 sq.m., intended for production or warehouse. The starting selling price is 289 384 BGN. The properties are burdened with different burdens for the benefit of different persons. To participate in the public sale, a levy of 10% of the starting price to be paid in advance is required. The public sale procedure shall include a view of the properties after prior agreement with the private court contractor, submission of participation documents, announcement of bidding proposals and designation of a buyer. Bidding agents must submit a Declaration of Origin for funds and legal entities - Declaration of the actual owner of the legal person. After the tender is closed, the buyer must submit the price offered by him within two weeks of his declaration as a buyer.
