A public sale of several real estates, owned by the S.S.P. and the heirs of M.E.P., has been announced to satisfy the claim of U.B.A. The first property is situated with identifier 61039.236.43, with area of 7002 sq.m., located in the village of Rabrovo, Boynitsa municipality, Vidin district, with initial price of 1058.40 BGN. The second property has identifier 61039.233.53, with area of 45014 sq.m., with initial price of 680.80 лв. The third property has identifier 61039.233.56, with area of 2001 sq.m., with initial price of 302.40 лв. The fourth property has identifier 61039.83.55, with area of 2069 sq.m., with initial price of 572.00 лв. The properties are not mortgaged, but they're banned in favor of the U.B.A. claims. An amount of 10% of the value of the property for participation in the sale is required. The bids can visit the office of the District Court Tower or the office of C.V.T. to review the properties. The purchase proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with a mandatory application. The biders can offer a price that is not lower than BGN 3090 from the announced starting price. On 10.02.2023 an auction will be held in the RS-Kula building, where the private court contractor will announce the highest bid and will determine the buyer. The buyer must submit the price offered by him within two weeks after the end of the sale, otherwise the demand remains in favour of the demandr.
