Auction sale of land for building in Krivnya, Vetovo district

Public sale of real estate belonging to INVESTNETKO EOOD has been announced. The property is a yard with an area of 960 sq.m, located in the village of Krivnya, Municipality of Provadia, Varna. It represents UPI H1-500 in district 48 under the current plan of the village, with approved sketch and access to public street. The starting price for bidding is BGN 7 185.60. On the property there are registered burdens, including foreclosures in favour of the applicants in the case. For participation in the public sale is required to place a charge of 10% of the starting price of the property in the account of Private Judicial Contractor Ludmil Stanev.
