Public sale of real estate, owned by INKO Ltd., organized by private judicial contractor Diana Koleva was announced. The sale will take place in the Pavlikeni District Court building from 22.06.2024 to 22.07.2024. The object of the sale is two properties: 1. The first property is a regulated plot of land with an area of 880 sq.m. in the village of Mihaltsi, Pavlikeni municipality, with a residential building, secondary and business buildings. The starting price for public sale is 6 400,00 BGN 2. The second property has an area of 2,397 Deca, located in the village of Michaltsi, Pavlikeni Municipality, third category, intended for agricultural activity. The starting price for public sale is BGN 3,840.00. The properties are burdened with the forbidden act in favour of H.B.T. EOOD. For participation in the public sale requires a levy of 10% of the starting price, which must be submitted in advance by bank transfer. The bidders can see the properties and materials of the case in the office of the private court contractor after payment of a fee of 24,00 BGN with VAT. A view of the properties is possible for the public sale every Friday between 10:00 and 12:00. The purchase proposals are submitted in a sealed envelope in the District Court of Pavlikeni and will be reviewed on 23.07.2024 at 09:00. Then the private bailiff will announce the buyer.
