The public sale will take place between 16.08.2024 and 16.09.2024 and includes the following properties: 1. Regulated plot of land with area of 1280 sq.m. in the village of Kozlovets, Svishtov municipality, with initial price of 3060 BGN. 2. 1/3 perfect part of land property with an area of 611 sq.m. in the village of Kozlovets, Svishtov municipality, with initial price of 241,20 BGN 3. 1/3 perfect part of land property with an area of 2000 sq.m. in the village of Kozlovets, Svishtov municipality, with initial price of 439,20 BGN. The properties have different weights, such as foreclosure in favor of the demanding U.B.A. and a lease contract in favor of B.G.K.. The public sale will take place on 17.09.2024 in the building of the District Court in Svishtov. The participants can review the materials of the case in the proceedings of the District Court in Svishtov and the Private Judicial Contractor Silvia Koseva. An amount of 10% of the starting price of the property on a special bank account of the contractor is required. The bids must be presented in a sealed envelope by the end of the sale. Buyers must submit a declaration to clarify the origin of their funds under the Law on Measures against Money Laundering.
