The properties are located in village G.G.T., Gorna Oryahovitsa municipality, Veliko Tarnovo district. Each property has a lasting purpose for agricultural activity and different characteristics according to the cadastral map. The sale will take place on 21.12.2023 at 11:00 in the building of the District Court - Gorna Oryahovitsa. To participate in the sale, the participants must submit a fee of 10% of the starting price of the property by bank transfer. The bids may offer a price for the property in writing until the end of the sale by applying a receipt for the submitted bid. Any bidder can make only one offer.
