One third of the built agricultural building of land property with an area of 1 320 sq.m. in the village of Razsovo, Zlataritsa municipality, with an initial price of 1 200,00 BGN. The weights on the properties are in favor of the demands P.I.B. AD, ASBO "AGRO" Ltd, F.K.E. and U.B.A.. The public sale will take place on 16.12.2022 at 13:30 in the building of the District Court - Elena. Participation in the sale is required as a rate of 10% of the starting price, which must be submitted in advance by bank transfer. The biders can submit their offers in the District Court of Justice - Elena until the end of the period of sale. The bids must indicate the price offered by them in numbers and words and present it in a sealed envelope together with a receipt for the submission. All interested parties may examine the properties during the period of sale after prior agreement with the Private Judicial Contractor.
