Auction sale of land for building in Stefan Karadzha, district Valchi dol

Public sale of real estate, organized by private judicial contractor Darina Serbenova-Slavova was announced. The property to be sold is a 1/4 ideal part of a regulated land estate with an area of 1430 sq.m. in district 58 of the village of Stefan Karadzha, Valchi dol municipality, Varna district. The starting price from which the bidding will start is set at BGN 1020.94. The property is subject to bans in favour of the Municipality. Valchi dol, B.D.A., Georgi and Juliet Kitanovi, as well as a contractual mortgage in favor of Procredit Bank Bulgaria AD. The interested parties can review the documents for sale in the register of District Court Devnya after payment of a fee of 24.00 BGN with VAT included. An application for participation in a public sale of 10% of the starting price of that private judicial contractor's account is mandatory. The bidding proposals will be announced on 17.11.2023 in Devnya District Court. The public sale procedure shall be carried out in accordance with Art. 492 and Art. 493 of the PDK. The biders can only submit one bidding offer and the tender will be held according to the rules of the law. All proposals which do not comply with the rules or are invalid will not be accepted.
