Auction sale of farmland in Konstantinovo, Varna district

Public sale of real estate, organized by private court contractor Ludmil Stanev of Varna, was announced. Public sale will take place from 28.07.2023 to 17:00 at 28.08.2023. The first property to be sold is a plot of 1.499 decare, representing a vineyard in the area "Karamanabachas" in the village of Konstantinovo, Varna Municipality, with an initial price of 112 000 leva. The second property is a plot of 2.500 decare, also a vineyard in the same village, with an initial price of 2568 BGN. The third property has an area of 1.159 deca in the area "Lasura" with an initial price of 1156 BGN. The fourth property is abandoned permanent crops with an area of 1.141 deca in the area "Kokar Ponar" with an initial price of 864 BGN. For participation in the public sale is required a claim of 10% of the original price of the property. The biders must submit an application for participation, an import note and a sealed offer with a price. Any bidder can make only one offer, exceeding the starting price by more than 30% is not acceptable. Persons who are not entitled to participate in the public sale shall not make proposals. The sale will take place in the public sale hall in the SIS building at RS Varna at the specified dates and hours.
