Auction sale of farmland in Kitka, district Avren

Public sale of real estate belonging to N.E.L., organized by the private court contractor Petya Ivanova was announced. The sale will take place between 02.09.2024 and 17:00 on 02.10.2024 on a property consisting of 12 i.e. parts of land estate with an area of 10,350 decares located in the locality Yaile dere, Kitka village, Avren municipality, Varna district. The starting bid price is set at 7680.00 BGN (eight thousand six hundred and eighty BGN), representing 80% of the value of the property. The property has been banned from the enforcement case. The bidding offers will be announced on 03.10.2024 at 11:00 in the building of Varna District Court, where the buyer will be announced. The call for participation in the tender is BGN 1090 and should be submitted in advance to the account of the private court contractor Petya Ivanova. The bids can visit the C.P.I.'s office to review the property records. The bidding proposals are submitted to the office of Varna District Court. If the proposed price exceeds 30 000 BGN, the bids must present declarations of origin of the funds. The sale will be made in accordance with Art. 492 and Art. 493 of the GPC.
