The public sale procedure includes presentation of bidding proposals to be deposited in the office of the Regional Court of Varna until the end of the working day on the last day of the sale. Bidding agents must present an identity card or a power of attorney if they participate by proxy. For limited liability companies it is necessary to present a decision to the General Assembly for the acquisition of property, the documents should also be written and deposited in the office of the District Court of Varna. Public sale is conducted according to Art. 489 of the PDK, and any bidder can make only one bidding offer. Proposals below or above the starting price by more than 30% shall be invalid.
