Auction sale of land for building in Boyadzhik, Tundzha district

Public sale of a yard with an area of 885 sq.m. (by property document) and 905 sq.m. (by sketch), representing PI 503 was announced. UPI UP-503 with an area of 920 sq.m. in Boyadzhik village, Tundzha municipality, Yambol district. The property is located in sq. 48 according to the plan of the village and includes a subsort building with an area of 86 sq.m. The price from which the sale will start is BGN 5,680. The property weights include retention in favor of the demander, as well as forbade in favour of the S.G. G.I.P. To participate in the bidding is required a bet of BGN 1090, which must be deposited by bank transfer on the account of Private Judicial Contractor Irina Hristova. The bids must indicate the price they offer and present their offer in a sealed envelope with a receipt for the imported bet. The proposals are accepted in the DUI's office at RS-Yambol and should be entered in the entry register. Bidding proposals by persons who are not entitled to participate in the public sale, as well as bids for a price below the starting or exceeding it by more than 30%, shall be null and void. They cannot participate in the sale of persons under Art. 185 ZZDUS and workers at CSI. The acquisition of the property shall pay local tax, a fee for issuing a decree of award, a fee for entering the decree and for the transport of the property. The sale ended on 28.11.2024.
