The property belongs to E.S.H. and consists of a yard with an area of 2373 sq.m. and a semi-massive residential building with an area of 63.60 sq.m. The property is located in district 14 according to the plan of the village of Pobit Stone. The price of the property is set at 27 000 BGN. On the property there are included burdens - a contractual mortgage in favour of the STI - Credit PLC and prohibited in favour of the applicants in the case. The sale will be conducted by bidding, with the bidding proposals to be submitted to the Registry of the District Court in Razgrad. An amount of 10% of the starting price of the property is required. The biders can participate in the bidding with only one offer. Proposals exceeding the starting price by more than 30%, as well as proposals for a price below the starting price, shall be invalid. The deadline for submitting written bids shall be 27.02.2025 inclusive. On the next working day - 28.02.2025 at 13:30 will open the proposals of the participants in the building of the District Court in Razgrad. In the event that one of the participants offers a price higher than the amount of the bill, the court contractor will reflect it in the minutes and announce the buyer. The buyer must submit the price offered by him within two weeks after his declaration as a buyer and then return the contribution to the balance to the other participants which were not declared as buyers.
