Auction sale of land for building in Srem, Topolovgrad district

Public sale of real estate, organized by the private court contractor Hristova, according to Art. 487 of the GPC was announced. The sale will be held in the building of RS-Topolovgrad on 24.03.2023. at 15:00. The property to be sold is a yard with an area of 1090 sq.m. in the village of Srem, Topolovgrad Municipality, Haskovo area. The property is owned by "Peatri Properties" Ltd. and is burdened with a warrant for ban in favor of the demanding. For participation in the bidding, a fee of the starting price is required to be paid by bank transfer.
