The property is burdened with a contractual mortgage and banned in favor of the demandr. The market value of the property is BGN 9 700 and the starting price for bidding is BGN 7 760. The procedure for participation in the tender provides for a mandatory deposit of 1090 BGN in the bank account of the private court contractor Georgi Borisov. Each bidder must submit full data and a proposed price in a written proposal to be filed in a sealed envelope together with a receipt for the submitted bid. The biders may submit only one offer, with all proposals below the starting price or exceeding it by more than 30% invalid. The deadline for submitting written bids is 19.12.2022, and the opening of the proposals will take place on 20.12.2022 at 11:00 in Kozloduy District Court. The highest bidder will be declared a buyer. In the case of an oral bid by a bider for a price higher than the amount of one call, it shall be reflected in the minutes. It is also necessary to submit a declaration for natural and legal persons under the Law on Measures against Money Laundering in the case of transfers of amounts above BGN 10 000.
