The bider must submit a bid of BGN 1090 from the starting price, according to Art. 489 from the PDK. The sale ended on 26.10.2023 at the end of the business day. Written bidding proposals will be opened on 27.10.2023 at 13:30 in the building of the Popovo District Court. The buyer offering the highest price must pay the remaining amount after deduction of the demand within two weeks of the buyer's announcement.
