For participation in the public sale requires a levy of 10% of the starting price, which must be submitted in advance by bank transfer. The price proposals are submitted in a sealed envelope at Gorna District Court Oryahovitsa, as the buyer is announced on 15.12.2022 in the presence of the appearers.
