The starting price for this property is 52 692,02 BGN. The properties are burdened with different burdens, such as a contractual mortgage for the benefit of different banks. To participate in the bidding is required to pay 10% of the starting price of the property in advance to the account of the private court contractor Gergana Ilcheva. The bid will be held on 20.01.2023 in the building of the Regional Court, Chirpan city, providing for oral bidding with a step in the amount of a meeting, according to Art. 492, para. 2 of the GPC.
