The bid for participation in the sale is BGN 1090 and should be submitted in advance to the account of the court contractor Margarita Dimitrova. The bids may indicate their price proposals in figures and words by providing a receipt for the submitted bid in a sealed envelope. The proposals shall be accepted in the office of the Regional Court of Kazanlak and shall be reflected in the entry register. On 15.12.2023 the proposals were opened in the presence of the bids by choosing the highest bidder. In the case of an oral proposal for a higher price, an increase of one round is required. After the end of the participants are announced the buyer who offered the highest price.
