The fifth property is an ideal part of land property with an area of 10 497 sq.m, with initial price of 2100 BGN. The sixth property is an ideal part of land property with an area of 7199 sq.m, with initial price of 1440 BGN. The seventh property is an ideal part of land property with an area of 10 098 sq.m, with an initial price of 2020 BGN. The fee for participation in the sale is BGN 1090 and is paid in advance on the account of the court contractor Margarita Dimitrova. Each bidder must indicate the price offered by him with numbers and words, submit the call and offer in a sealed envelope. The proposals are submitted to the office of the Regional Court in Kazanlak. On 15.12.2023 the proposals were opened to the court performer in the presence of the participants, announcing the highest bidder.
