Public sale of real estate, owned by Galabovo was announced on the basis of Art. 11 of the Law on the Legacy of the deceased debtor M.D.G. from the village of Obruchishte, Municipality of Galabovo. The property is located in Stara Zagora, on P.M.K. Street and includes ninety squares of PI Heb44 as planned by the village of Obruchishte. On the property there are the following buildings: apartment building, one-storey massive residential building, summer kitchen, massive garage and coven building. The buildings are described as dangerous to inhabit because of the cracks in them. The starting price of the property is BGN 7 608. On the property are registered burdens, including a contractual mortgage in favor of UniCredit Bulbank. The public sale procedure provides for the acceptance of bidding proposals in the office of the District Court of Galabovo from 09:00 on 20.11.2023 to 17:00 on 20.12.2023. Each willing participant must submit a call of 10% of the starting price of the property in advance to the account of Private Judicial Contractor Gergana Ilcheva. The biders can submit only one bidding offer, which is submitted in a sealed envelope until 20.12.2023.
