Auction sale of house in Obruchishte, district Galabovo

Public sale of real estate, organized by private judicial contractor Gergana Ilcheva was announced. The sale is made on the basis of Art. 487 of the PDK and refers to a property with an initial price of 9 511.74 BGN. The property for sale is a yard with an area of 1012 sq.m. in the village of Obruchishte, Galabovo municipality, Stara Zagora district. On the property are located the following buildings: two-storey residential building, one-storey residential building, summer kitchen, massive garage and a coven business building. The buildings are cyrpic, with many cracks and are described as dangerous to inhabit or use. The property is burdened with a contractual mortgage in favor of UniCredit Bulbank AD, as well as forbade in favour of the same institution. Those who wish to participate in the bidding must submit a call of 10% of the starting price of the property in advance on the account of the private court contractor. All bids must present a sealed price offer in the office of the District Court in Galabovo until 25.09.2023. In case there is more than one bidder, they will compete for the highest price of public sale. The sale will take place on 26.09.2023 in the presence of the court contractor, with the highest bid price being declared a buyer. In the case of oral bidding, the steps to increase the price are provided by the PDK. All amounts above BGN 30 000 require submission of a declaration of origin of money, according to the Law on Measures against Money Laundering.
