The next working day, in the presence of the bids, a protocol will be drawn up by the Regional Court of Kazanlak, which will determine the buyer of the property. The highest bidder will be announced. In the case of equivalent proposals, the bidder may offer a higher price. When the offers run out, the highest bidder is declared as a buyer.
