The starting price for this part of the property is BGN 418.67. On the properties are registered burdens for the benefit of O.S.H. and the demanding "First Investment Bank" AD. All interested parties may review the property at any working time during the public sale. An amount of 10% of the starting price of the property before the bidding is mandatory. The bids must be submitted in a printed envelope in the office of the District Court in Stara Zagora until 26.03.2025. Bidding proposals which do not comply with the rules or are below the starting price by more than 30% shall be considered invalid. On 27.03.2025 will be announced the highest bidding offers, as a buyer of the property is determined the one who has offered the highest price.
