Public sale of real estate belonging to the S.M.A. in bankruptcy has been announced. The real estate is located in the village of Koprinka, Kazanlak municipality, Stara Zagora district. The property has an area of 4 243 sq.m., the buildings include a two-storey building with an area of 356 sq.m. and a one-storey building with an area of 199 sq.m. The starting price of the property is 162 000 BGN. The procedure for participation in the public sale includes submission of a fee of 10% of the starting price, entry of a declaration on the origin of the funds for bidding over 30 000 BGN and submission of written bidding proposals in a sealed envelope. The bids can look at the property every Friday and submit the documents for participation in the office of the Regional Court of Kazanlak. The bidding date is from 9:00 p.m. on 26.09.2023 to 17:00 p.m. on 26.10.2023. Upon expiry of the deadline for submission of proposals, 10 o'clock on the next working day are announced the bids received and the buyer in the presence of the participants. In the event of competition, oral bidding shall take place. The biders, declared buyers for a price of over 30 000 BGN, must declare the origin of the funds.
