Public sale of real estate, organized by private judicial contractor R.B.M., has been announced. Half of the ideal parts of land property with identifier 74431.55.20 in the village of Christianovo, Stara Zagora Municipality, with initial price of 4451,20 BGN. The property has an area of 6451 sq.m and is intended for agricultural activity. 2. Half of the ideal parts of land property with identifier 74431.55.21 in the village of Christianovo, Stara Zagora Municipality, with initial price of 4484,40 BGN. The property has an area of 6499 sq.m and is also intended for agricultural activity. The property is subject to bans in favour of the applicant in the case, as well as rental contracts rented by the H.A.E. for a period of 5 years.
