Public sale of real estate, organized by private court contractor Stoyan Lazarov was announced. The property to be sold is a second perfect part of a yard with an area of 550 sq.m., located in Yablotina village, Sofia district. The starting price for this property is 12 800 BGN. Also, two other ideal parts of the yard will be sold in the same village with initial prices of BGN 14 400 and BGN 12 800 respectively. Bidding must present their proposals in a sealed envelope, with only one proposal to be made. The proposals shall be submitted to the office of the District Court of Slivnitsa and a tender protocol shall be drawn up in the presence of the bidders.
