The properties are mortgaged in favor of the applicant Eurobank Bulgaria AD. The public sale will take place on 10.02.2025 from 09:00 to 17:00 in the building of Sofia District Court. The first property is office No1, located on a basement building in Sofia, 37 Galitsa Str., with an area of 105.95 sq.m. The second property is office No2 with an area of 42.08 sq.m., located on a basement of the same residential building. The third property is office No3 with an area of 87.37 sq.m., also located on a basement of the same building. The properties are united and the reconstruction is not reflected in the architectural project of the building. To participate in the bidding, a call of 10% of the starting price is required, and any person can make only one bidding bid. The bidding offers will be accepted from 10.02.2025 to 10.03.2025. The validation of the CSI account should be subject to that claim, otherwise the proposal shall be considered invalid. On 10.03.2025 at 10:00 in the building of the District Court of Sofia will be prepared a protocol with the highest offer for the purchase of the properties.
