The starting price for it is 15 333.60 BGN. On the properties there are registered burdens as a division protocol and donation of real estate. The sale started on 13.05.2024 and ended on 13.06.2024 at the Sofia District Court. The bidding proposals will be opened on 14.06.2024 in the presence of the bids. The procedure provides for lots of more than one bidder to determine the buyer. A rate of 10% of the starting price shall be paid to participate in the bidding. The bids may be withdrawn by 13.06.2024. Persons without the right to participate in the bidding shall be the debtor, his representative, the employees of the court contractor and others. In the case of a buyer with offered price above BGN 29 337.45, a declaration of origin of the funds is required.
