Public sale of real estate, organized by private judicial contractor Milen Buzinski, has been announced with an area of action in Sofia City Court. The sale will be held on property belonging to "Lux Invest" Ltd., which is part of a residential building in Sofia, Lozenets district, "V.V.S." locality. The property has a total built-up area of 577,18 sq.m. and total CPC 4 285,00 sq.m. The building has a monolithic concrete construction and has an underground level, a sub-surface level, three floors of type and a two-level sub-surface space.
