For participation in the tender, the bids must submit a preliminary report to the Bulgarian bank at the expense of the private judicial contractor Milen Bizinski. The bidding proposals should be submitted in an envelope at the Sofia District Court office until 05.06.2023. Proposals which do not comply with the conditions for participation shall be invalid.
