Public sale of two real estates owned by a company has been announced HRISO-PACK Ltd., organized by private court contractor Renetta Milcheva. The first property is a shop with identification number M281, located in "Druzhba" 2 , block M281 in Sofia. It consists of a shop, an atrium, a toilet and has a built-up area of 65.04 sq.m. The second property is a shop with an identification number M281, located in the same block and "Drive" 2. This property has a built-up area of 57.44 sq.m. The starting price for the first property is 126 000.00 BGN and for the second - 116 640.00 BGN. The properties are sold separately, for each of them a stand-alone bidding proposal must be submitted. The properties have different burdens, including mortgages in favor of O.B.B. AD and bans in favor of T.N.S.. The public sale will be held in the building of the SRS in Sofia, while the interested ones can visit the property every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 16 to 18 hours. The bid for participation in the sale is 10% of the starting price and should be paid in advance at the account of private court contractor Renetta Milcheva. The bidding proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope in the private court contractor's office and may be withdrawn at the latest on the last working day. The sale ends at the end of the working time on the last day, and the bids must appear at the announced time and place for determining the buyer.
