The property to be auctioned is a parking space underground, located in a residential building with shops and parking in Ovcha kupel, Sofia district. The property is a separate part of the underground parking lot of the building and is identified by number 16. There are registered contractual mortgage and other entries such as claim applications and foreclosures. The starting price of the tender is 10 355.88 BGN and will be held in Sofia District Court. A property view may be carried out after prior arrangement. A deposit of 10% of the starting price is required for participation in the auction. The proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope in the court office. The persons who cannot participate in the tender are defined in Art. 185 of the DPA.
