Auction sale of farmland in Novi Iskar, district Stolichna

Public sale of real estate, organized by private judicial contractor Milen Buzinski, has been announced. The sale will take place from 21.04.2024 to 21.05.2024 in the building of Sofia District Court. The object of the sale is two unregulated poetical properties in the village of Kumaritsa, Sofia Municipality. The first property is levels fourth category with area of 3.284 decare, with initial price of 64 000 BGN. The second property is levels third category with area of 4.676 decare, with initial price of 36 000 BGN. The property is covered by burdens and rights. Those who wish can examine the property every day or after a prior arrangement. Participants must submit a call of 10% of the starting price of the property in order to be able to participate in the tender. The bidding proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope at the Sofia District Court office until 21.05.2024. Irregular are proposals for a price below or above the start by more than 30%. The minutes of the tender will be drawn up on 22.05.2024 by the private court contractor or his assistant.
