Auction sale of farmland in Novi Iskar, district Stolichna

Public sale of real estate, organized by private court contractor Miroslav Kolev and assistant contractor Valentin Vassilev of Sofia City Court was announced. The sale will take place in the court building starting on 23 January 2023 and ending on 23 February 2023. The properties belonging to different owners include agricultural and urbanized territory in Novi Iskar. The first property is agricultural land with an area of 4127 sq.m. in the area "Kyoshka." The second property is also agricultural land, but with an area of 4150 sq.m. in "Turnitsa" locality. The third property is urbanized land with an area of 1204 sq.m. in Lethets Street. The fourth property is again agricultural land with an area of 4150 sq.m. in "Turnitsa" locality. The initial prices of the properties are indicated and there are weights and remarks on them. Those who wish to participate in the sale must appear in the office of Sofia City Court for review of the documentation after payment of a fee. A property view is possible every Wednesday and Friday after prior appointment. The commitment to participate in the sale must be submitted in advance. The bidders must submit the necessary documents and respect the procedures for participation in the tender. In case of successful sale, the buyer will be announced on 24 February 2023.
