Public sale of real estate belonging to L.V.R., owner of a regulated land estate 17І-552, was announced from quarter 50 according to the plan of Sofia, located in the village of Bistritsa, with an area of 6300 square meters. The property includes a residential building with an area of 143.00 sq. m. on the basement floor and 140,00 sq. m. on the second floor. The building consists of garage, winter rooms, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathrooms, three bedrooms, bathroom, three toilets, lodges and a loft. The property has a permanent purpose for low building and is burdened with mortgage and forbade. The public sale will be held in the building of SRS in Sofia, the starting price is BGN 1 314 496.80, which represents 80% of the market value of the property. An amount of 10% on the starting price for participation in the sale is mandatory. Bidding agents can visit the property every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a tour. The sale ends on 12.06.2023 when the buyer will be designated. The procedure for the sale of the property requires submission of proposals in a sealed envelope in the office of the district court. The bids must indicate their price with numbers and words. Proposals may be withdrawn by the end of working hours on the last day. The proposals by persons without the right to participate in the sale, proposals for a price below the starting price and exceeding it by more than 30%.
