The starting price is BGN 1183.68 2.1/4 ideal parts of agricultural land with identifier 57282.5.99 in the village of Colonel Seraphimovo, Smolyan municipality, with area of 3502 sq. m. The starting price is 1008.72 BGN 3. 1/4 ideal parts of agricultural land with identifier 57282.71.5 c. Colonel Seraphimovo, Smolyan municipality, with an area of 5001 sq. m. The starting price is 2520.72 BGN. Each of the properties has been banned in favour of the applicants in the enforcement proceedings. A property view can be done on Monday and Wednesday from 3:00 to 5:00. An amount of BGN 1090 on the starting price of the property for participation in the bidding is required. The bidding proposals must be submitted to the Judicial Executive Office and contain the price, property, personal/company data of the bidder and signature. The proposals are accepted in a sealed envelope, and any bidder can make only one offer. An oral offer of a price higher than the highest written proposal shall be accepted when announcing a buyer. The announcement of a buyer will take place on 19.12.2024 in the District Court - Smolyan. The buyer must submit the proposed price within two weeks of its announcement by subtracting the submitted fee.
