The territory is urbanized for low building. The burdens shall include a prohibition to secure the claims of the enforcement proceedings. To participate in the bidding is required to place a task of BGN 1090 on the starting price of the property. Bidding agents must submit a written bidding offer that contains the price, property, personal/company data and signature. The bidding proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. The final cost of the property must be paid within two weeks after the announcement of the buyer, which must also submit a call.
