Auction sale of farmland in Bosilkovo, district Banite

Public sale of real estate, organized by private court contractor Petko Machkerski, has been announced. The property is located in the village of Bosilkovo, Banite municipality, Smolyan district and consists of two ideal parts of land property with identifiers 05737.6.769 and 05737.3.103. The first part has an area of 22576 sq.m. and the second part - 10428 sq.m. Both properties are for permanent use for agricultural land category - 10. The starting price for the first part is BGN 12 191.04 and for the second part - BGN 5256. Property has been banned in favor of demands. The announced sale provides for a general view of the properties in certain days and hours. To participate in the bidding is required to place a task of BGN 1090 for the first part and BGN 5256 for the second. The bidding proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall be accepted at the Regional Court at Smolyan. The declared buyer must pay various fees and taxes on the sale price. The announcement of a buyer will take place on 12.12.2023 at Smolyan District Court. Potential buyers may offer an oral higher price when announcing the buyer. The buyer must submit the purchase amount within two weeks.
